About Common Unity Real Estate LLC
As Accredited members of the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey, we aim to be as transparent as possible about who we are, what we do and how we do it.
We’re a little suspicious about those house buying companies who want to buy your home but don’t want to tell you who actually runs the company. How can you research a business properly if you don’t even know who the people are behind the company? What are they trying to hide?
Common Unity Real Estate, LLC takes a different approach and wants you to feel completely comfortable with the people you may end up doing business with. Founded by 20-year veteran, Ibrahim ‘Eeb’ Hughes, the company was founded in October 2017 as a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of NJ. The company is based in Bloomfield, NJ.
And unlike those other house buying companies, we invite you to research our company and team. You will feel comfortable in knowing that after 20 years of doing business, there have been zero complaints about our company or any of our team members.
We provide win-win solutions to help homeowners get out of their sticky situations and move on with their busy lives. Additionally, we’re regular volunteers in the communities in which we invest. Specifically speaking, we’ve been Mentors with the STEP Youth Organization of Newark for the past 15 years. We have also served on STEP’s Board of Directors for the last 11 years.
If you have any questions about how we work, the process of selling a house or having us help you resolve tax liens, avoid foreclosure or you simply want to learn more about us… we welcome you, a family member/friend or your attorney, to contact us anytime! Give us a call, shoot us a text or email or stop down at our office anytime.
