About Common Unity Real Estate LLC
As Accredited members of the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey, we aim to be as transparent as possible about who we are, what we do and how we do it.
We’re a little suspicious about those house buying companies who want to buy your home but don’t want to tell you who actually runs the company. And you should be too. How can you research a business properly if you don’t even know who the people are behind the company? What exactly are they trying to hide?
Common Unity Real Estate, LLC is a community-focused real estate investment company who specializes in solving distressed real estate problems. We pride ourselves in taking a socially responsible approach to buying houses.
Our goal is to operate as the go-to source for homeowners and those in the Real Estate community who need help with a distressed home. This while creating a movement that raises the bar and socially transforms the way house buying companies do business.
There are four components to our socially driven mission of putting people before profit by turning real estate investing into community investing:
- First – aside from offering a fast, confidential and convenient way of selling your house, we offer a free foreclosure assistance program called ‘New Jersey Home Help’. The program is designed to help sellers in foreclosure who wish to keep their home instead of selling it.
- Second – we also operate a nonprofit youth mentoring organization in our local community for young men who reside in the inner city. The mission is to help raise socially responsible young men.
- Third – we offer free research services to those property owners who inherit a home and are not sure about its financial and legal status. Is there a mortgage or lien against the home? Is it in foreclosure? We help Property owners get answers and guarantee that they won’t be pressured into selling.
- Fourth – Finally, because we focus on distressed and sometimes abandoned properties we are effectively able to remove neighborhood blight. We have also used our free research services to assist neighborhood associations with the blight occurring from boarded and abandoned properties.
Our vision is to help strengthen the communities in which we invest while inspiring other companies to better align their business models with the needs of the community.
